USAID’s Limited Excess Property Program (LEPP) is kickstarting its 2023 Application Cycle with an Information Webinar! The webinar will provide an overview of LEPP, give guidelines for submitting applications, outline the requirements for self-registering as a Private Voluntary Organization (PVO) with USAID, and more! RSVP for the webinar by emailing LEPP@usaid.gov. USAID will send details and login information the week of April 17.
LEPP provides access to federal surplus property on behalf of the American people to communities in developing nations to strengthen the outcomes of humanitarian aid and development programs. LEPP supports sustainable, locally driven development and promotes U.S. international public diplomacy efforts through productive partnerships with host governments and local institutions.
In the last three decades, LEPP has leveraged close to $1 billion worth of federal surplus property to help build and strengthen local institutions in USAID partner countries. LEPP partners use physical capital donations to respond to local needs ranging from disaster response to capacity-building in over 70 countries in Africa, Asia, the Caribbean, Eastern Europe, and Latin America.
Join the Information Webinar on April 26 to learn how LEPP can support your development projects overseas!
